Return Policy

​

We understand that not every purchase will work out, and returns are sometimes needed. If an item does not work out, simply send it back to us with the packing slip and note which item you are returning and why. If the return is a result of our error (you received incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay for shipping.

All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items are available for online store credit only. 

​

All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE. All holiday items will be non-returnable after the holiday has passed.

 

All shoes must be returned in original box and placed inside an additional shipping box, with no sign of wear. Damage to the shoes box makes the item ineligible for returns. All returns must contain receipt/invoice.

​

Anything after 30 days will not be accepted, and you are responsible for the shipping costs to get the item back. 


Items purchased online may be returned to the in-store boutique if receipt is presented with the return for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY.
The Stork Stop reserves the right to refuse a return based on the above criteria.

Please note that all online store credits will expire after a year.
